Having an international event is one avenue in promoting positive cultural awareness. One of the many services that the Cultural and Social Affairs Department offer is to provide cultural materials to Saudi Student Clubs to best implement their events. The required information for material request is written below and has to be sent in English to Myrla M. Dugan, Email: mdugan@sacm.org. Please send copy of your request to Dr. Mody Alkhalaf at malkhalaf@sacm.org & Faisal Alshammeri at falshammeri@sacm.org.
Is your club recognized by SACM and are you the club president?
Your club name/university
Request has to be sent 3 weeks before the event to give ample time to prepare the materials
The title of your event and schedule (date, time, venue)
How many SAUDI students are enrolled in your university?
How many are attending the event, your expected guests?
Your name, complete address & telephone number
